Celtic Knot wood shapes.
Triquetra (or Trinity knot)
The Triquetra may be the oldest symbol of spirituality.
There are records of it's use going back as far as the 11th century.
The Triquetra, is also known as the Celtic Triangle, or Trinity Knot with a circle interwoven with a continuous three-pointed symbol.
This Celtic Knot has no beginning and no end, so represents unity and eternal life. The symbols line interweaves through the circle in an unbroken line.
Many believe the symbol represents the pillars of early Celtic Christian teachings of the Holy Trinity, God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Ghost.
